Newhouse Project Consulting (NPC) is passionate and committed to educating as many people as possible about mental health awareness, wellness, with a specific emphasis on communities of color. We believe in equipping all people to become “Mental Health First Responders.” We deliver free community mental health workshops, share a percentage of our profits with various community agencies and partner with organizations to help drive their strategic initiatives around mental health.

NPC believes in promoting total health – both body and mind. In promotion of the latter, we developed RESILIENCE, a mental health literacy program that helps individuals better recognize signs and symptoms of mental illness and provides them with action strategies to support themselves and others in a mental health crisis.
