FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE

ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

  • Led all program management aspects of implementation including, executive communications, change management, success measures, risk management, program metrics, and the design of the organization support structure to assist with operationalizing activities identified to ensure the new culture was realized within AAA
  • Designed, developed, and executed strategic vision for Organization Change Management, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Vendor Engagement; and have played a key role in Workforce Planning with labor unions. Led and managed budget for a team of internal and external employees

CHANGE MANAGEMENT & ADOPTION

  • Led the first successful global transformation to Microsoft Sales force in 12 years, utilizing key disciplines in Change Management and HR/organizational design; resulting in standard processes and tools for managing and documenting Sales opportunities
  • Leading the implementation of significant organizational, cultural and most importantly, safety changes resulting in significant increase and adherence to critical processes and procedures
  • Leading the Change Management efforts for three technology implementations with significant safety and financial implications for the company
  • Managed 2-million-dollar budget and led global teams, responsible for people development including employee relations, succession planning, compensation, performance management, career development, and strategic resourcing and recruiting
  • Created and implemented process governance structure, ensured proper measurement requirements were in strategically positioned and provided Sr. Leadership with the appropriate data and analysis to identify critical process governance role and linkages
  • Partnered with the executive team to create a business transformation strategy to institutionalize the 9 Class A behaviors required, both pre and post implementation, to support Genentech’s future state
  • Conducted extensive analysis of the 360-degree feedback process and recommended solutions on the organizations performance evaluation process, resulting in process re-designs
