ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT

  • Delivered on business process improvement and redesign, performance improvement, organizational restructuring, and business strategy initiatives. Resulted in new performance measurement tools and smooth migration toward new structures and processes.

  • Led full-time OCM Team in successful higher education implementation of Oracle Hyperion Planning system and processes for over 300 financial professionals. Resulted in successful Go Lives for first and second phases, with future phases approved and best practices leveraged by other campuses
  • Led full-time OCM Team to support rapidly growing biotech’s first ERP implementation using SAP. User base included 300+ Core Users and 8000+ Casual Users across the enterprise. Resulted in on-time, successful Go Live followed by approval for second phase project
  • Built change agent networks to get impacted people involved and make the transition easier. Provided impacted audiences with mechanisms to share information and surface concerns to ensure effective transition at Go Live and continued application of learnings

  • In support of $60 billion acquisition, managed rapid data integration of Human Resources data prior to enterprise wide system integration. Resulted in easy information access for senior leaders and minimization of M&A disruption
  • Partnered with Global Medical/R&D function to create a model for prioritizing technology investment opportunities, and guided sub-teams in implementation. Resulted in new governance structure and approved portfolio of technology investments totaling over $200 million
