CHANGE MANAGEMENT & ADOPTION

  • Advised executives and facilitated discussions on growth tactics for company business units, including M&A strategies. Led all M&A activities, including target selections, valuation modeling, deal negotiations, due diligence and company integration kick-off meetings.
  • Led business process re-engineering initiatives that enabled the division Sales team to increase their efficiency and focus on their core performance targets, resulting in 15- 20% productivity improvement.

  • Developed and launched a new Sales and Account Planning tool that provides a bottom’s up view of New Sales Pipeline and Account Management churn, and maps this viewpoint with operating budget development and accompanying performance levels. This new tool provides pre-loaded data and enables Sales Representatives to accurately forecast KP sales
  • For an international financial institution developed the 2006-2010 strategic revenue and expense forecast models and led several key strategic and tactical initiatives in support of new and established book of businesses and overall strategic outlook.
